The District is thrilled to announce the opening of our affordable employee housing at Scholars Row at The Sevens in Mountain View, a new opportunity designed to help employees live closer to where they work and thrive in our community. Available rooms include: Studios, 1 Bedrooms, and 2 Bedrooms.
To qualify, employees must:
• Work for the Foothill–De Anza Community College District (FHDA)
• Have a total household income at or below 150% of the 2025 Santa Clara County Area Median Income (AMI)

The first review of applications begins on 11/19 and leases can start as soon as January 2026.
