Dear Colleagues: 

I want to share with you that, as of today, Ray Quan is no longer serving as vice chancellor of Human Resources for Foothill-De Anza. The Board of Trustees and I believe it is in the best interests of the district to seek new leadership that can realign and strengthen Human Resources to better meet the district’s needs.  

We hope to have an interim vice chancellor in place in the next few weeks and to begin the search for a new vice chancellor as soon as possible. Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources Rocio Chavez will be handling day-to-day operations of the department until an interim vice chancellor is selected. 

I sincerely appreciate the work Ray did for Foothill-De Anza and wish him the best in the future.
