Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Project

In keeping with its ongoing efforts to serve all members of the public, the Foothill-De Anza Community College District is updating its Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) self-evaluation and transition plan. The accessibility plan provides a comprehensive plan for accessibility to district facilities, programs, services, activities and events for persons with disabilities.

The district is seeking input from the community and organizations assisting persons with disabilities. Your feedback will assist in addressing and prioritizing current and future accessibility needs.
