LOS ALTOS HILLS — Two finalists for the position of vice chancellor of business services have been selected for the Foothill-De Anza Community College District after an extensive search. Each candidate will visit the district one day the week of March 5, meeting with college administrators, the business services staff and addressing the campus community at open forums scheduled Thursday, March 8, and Friday, March 9, from 3-4 p.m. in the district board room.
The finalists are, in alphabetical order: W. Andrew Dunn, currently vice president of business services for the San Joaquin Delta Community College District; and George Kozitza, currently assistant superintendent of business in the Vallejo City Unified School District.
Kozitza will visit the campus on March 8 and Dunn on March 9.
“We are looking forward to continuing our record of sound fiscal management and transparency, which has been a hallmark of Mike Brandy’s tenure as vice chancellor of business services,’’ said Martha Kanter, chancellor of the Foothill-De Anza Community College District. “We are pleased to have two such outstanding finalists.’’
Brandy, who has been with the district for 10 years, is retiring at the end of April.
Selection of the new vice chancellor of business services is expected in April.
