DecisionDirectorThe EIS Project team wants your ideas about what the new system should be capable of doing. This information will be captured by a Web-based tool called DecisionDirector, which allows project planners to tap into the collective intelligence and knowledge base of district employees. The information will be used to help develop a blueprint for a new software system, which vendors will then bid to build. District faculty, administrators and staff have already begun to provide their thoughts. You can see who has been contributing since the introduction of the DecisionDirector tool in the Brainstorming Forum participation document (32k PDF file), and read the details of their comments in the brainstorming transcript (140KB PDF file). The DecisionDirector Roadmap (189KB Word document) diagrams the process and timeline plan for this phase of the EIS project. An EIS Functional Requirements forum has been set up to assess our core business requirements with the objective of determining overall effectiveness of current processes and areas that may require additional analysis. This forum will allow you to provide feedback about our core functional requirements. Participants of this evaluation are District wide and have been organized into the following areas of interest:

Those of you who do not have an account ID and password, and are interested in participation should go to the DecisionDirector Account Registration page to automatically obtain a user name and password to sign in to the DecisionDirector application.
