[October 23, 2003] Kanter congratulates Foothill College awards recepients, who received $51,000 for exemplary programs from the Foothill Commission. The funds are proceeds from the Midsummer Musical Gala hosted by the commission, which is comprised of distinguished community leaders and volunteers. Pictured are commissioners and representative of the following programs: Pass the Torch, Biological and Health Sciences Division, Adaptive Learning Division, Tutorial Center, and Technology Scholarships for low-income students.
