Clery Act Annual Security Report

This report is required by federal law, and employees and students must be notified of its availability. Click HERE to reach the most recent Clery report.

 

The Clery Act is a consumer protection law that aims to provide transparency around campus crime policy and statistics. Prepared by the Foothill-De Anza Police Department, the report contains policy statements about district policies, procedures and programs related to safety and security as well as crime statistics for the campuses. 

 
The report includes information about the district's policies for responding to emergency situations, sexual offenses, and harassment and discrimination, among other things.  
 
It also includes three years of crime statistics for the types of crimes reported to have occurred on the campuses or at off-campus properties owned or controlled by the district or on public property within or immediately adjacent to a campus.
 
A paper copy of the report may be requested from the Foothill-De Anza Community College District Police Department in room 2103 in the Campus Center at Foothill or Room HC175 in the Campus Center at De Anza.
